Jaikrit Branding provides a range of brand-building and marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Events and PR Representation
  • Book Publishing & Literary Representation

The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal between Jaikrit Branding and the client.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jaikrit Branding and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Jaikrit Branding.

Any materials provided by the client for the purpose of the services, including text, images, logos, and other content, will remain the property of the client. The client grants Jaikrit Branding a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the services, or the general business of Jaikrit Branding.

You further agree not to use the Service:

  • To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.
  • To violate any intellectual property rights of us or any third party.
  • To upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment of fees.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jaikrit Branding, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

(iii) any content obtained from the Service; and

(iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Jaikrit Branding does not warrant that

b) any errors or defects will be corrected;

c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or

d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
